This noble dry champagne (0.75 liter) is distinguished by its white color with slightly golden highlights and its fine and persistent bubbles. On the nose, we can first distinguish mineral aromas with citrus. Taste

In the mouth, Blanc de Blancs is very lively and very dry, as it should be for a brut. The taste is complemented by floral notes and sour apple.

Production

This champagne fits perfectly into the Laurent Perrier style tradition, since it vinified almost exclusively from Chardonnay grapes. The grapes come from the production regions: Côte des Blancs (Avize, Cramant, Oiry and Chouilly). Also, Montagne de Reims (Tours-sur-Marne, Villers-Marmery and Rilly La Montagne).
