At FMCG Trade Center, we are committed to providing quality products to our professional clients. We understand, however, that returns may be necessary. This policy outlines the conditions for returns and refunds.
Policy Overview
Our return and refund policy lasts 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as you received it.
- In the original, unopened packaging.
- Accompanied by the delivery note or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or their specific nature:
- Perishable Goods: All food items, beverages, and other goods subject to an expiration date.
- Health & Personal Care Items once opened.
- Hazardous or Flammable Materials (in accordance with transport regulations).
- Customized or Configured Products made to specific client order.
- Promotional Samples provided free of charge.
- Bulk Orders where the original packaging has been opened for repacking.
Partial Refunds
A partial refund (or refusal of the return) may be granted if:
- The item shows signs of use or is not in its original condition.
- The original packaging is damaged, opened, or missing.
- Any parts or accessories are missing.
- The return is initiated after the 30-day period.
Refund Process
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item.
- Notification: We will email you to confirm receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (typically within 10 business days).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account or payment method again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times can vary.
- If you have done this and still have no refund, please contact us at contact@fmcgtradecenter.fr.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items purchased on sale or promotion cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. In this case, please contact us immediately at contact@fmcgtradecenter.fr with your order number and photos.
For non-defective items, a return must first be completed (if eligible), followed by a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing contact@fmcgtradecenter.fr. We will guide you through the free return process and shipment of the correct product.
Return Shipping Costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if the return is due to a change of mind.
We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance for valuable returns. FMCG Trade Center cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
