Armand de Brignac Blanc de Blancs champagne offers a very fine texture and delicately scented with vanilla, citrus fruits and dried apricots. Thanks to a slight acidity perfectly integrated with the round sweetness of the bubbles, this champagne reveals both delicate bitter notes and other, sweeter notes of ripe apples.

Armand de Brignac Blanc de Blancs presented in a silver gray bottle stamped with a silver seal designed by the famous fashion house André Courrèges. Each of these bottles offered in a magnificent black lacquered wooden box decorated with the pewter badge of Armand de Brignac.

Armand de Brignac Champagne a prestige Champagne brand created by the Cattier family. The family has a rich history as an elite Champagne house in the tiny village of Chigny les Roses as they have owned and cultivated family vineyards since 1763. Today, Patriarch Jean-Jacques Cattier oversees the Chateau’s wine production with strictly limited annual yields, ensuring that the family’s artisanal winemaking traditions kept alive in each bottle.

The Cattier cellars are among the deepest and oldest in the Champagne region and are classified by the Comité Interprofessional du Vin de Champagne and the Institut National des Appellations d’Origine. They have three styles of architecture represented in the caverns: Gothic, Renaissance, and Roman. Armand de Brignac aged in a special, gated section of the deepest part of these cellars, 119 steps underground.

Centuries spent perfecting the art of Champagne are put to use in each Armand de Brignac cuvée. Armand de Brignac Champagne won praise from wine critics and connoisseurs around the globe: Armand de Brignac Ace of Spades Brut Gold voted No.1 Champagne in the world in a blind tasting of 1,000 brands in 2010. However, Armand de Brignac Champagne also awarded No.1 Blanc de Noirs Champagne in the world in 2016. More so, Armand de Brignac now owned by Shawn ‘Jay Z’ Carter and LVMH. Ace of Spades Champagne is available in large Champagne bottles too.

All champagnes in the portfolio are an assemblage of three vintages. There are five cuvées in the Armand de Brignac range:

Armand de Brignac Brut Gold is the flagship tête de cuvée from the 13th generation Montagne de Reims champagne growers, the Cattier family, the first bottles were released in 2006. The assemblage typically comprises 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay, and 20% Pinot Meunier.

Armand de Brignac Rosé. First introduced in 2008. The color comes from the inclusion of 12% of still red wine, harvested from old vines that produce fruit with great flavor intensity. The assemblage typically comprises 50% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinot Meunier, and 10% Chardonnay.

Armand de Brignac Demi Sec. First released at the end of 2015. It is a sweeter style of champagne with just 34 g/L of sugar. The assemblage typically comprises 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay, and 20% Pinot Meunier.

Armand de Brignac Blanc de Blancs. A single varietal champagne comprising 100% Chardonnay. Fruit sourced from traditional Chardonnay territory, the Côte des Blancs, as well from Montagne de Reims. The first bottles were released in 2008.

Armand de Brignac Blanc de Noirs. The rarest cuvée in the Armand de Brignac range, with fewer than 3,000 bottles created for each assemblage. It is a 100% Pinot Noir made with fruit from some of the best Pinot Noir growing villages in the region including Verzenay and Chigy les Roses. The first bottles were for sale exclusively at Harrods in November 2015.
